YPN Go was created by two friends with backgrounds in software and hardware who came together to build something completely new: the world’s first physical VPN device. They came to us with the technology and the vision, but needed help turning a complex, technical product into a brand that everyday users could actually understand and connect with.
Starting from scratch, we built their brand identity, messaging, website, packaging, app interface, email campaigns, and marketing materials. We chose a Caretaker brand archetype to make the brand feel helpful and approachable, breaking down complicated technology into simple, easy-to-understand language.
